The Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sainik Board Secretariat sponsors this scholarship, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence, and Government of India to make education at a higher level affordable and beneficial to all.

Eligibility Requirement of the Pm Modi Scholarship

Applicants must be between the age of 18 to 25

Applicant’s family income should not be more than 6 Lakhs

Applicants with a passing score of 60% in a diploma course with 60% or above or students who are passed their higher secondary class 12 are eligible for the scholarship.

Children/ward or widow of Ex-Servicemen and Ex-Coast Guard Personnel, who died during the service, are eligible for the scholarship.

Students who are recipients of other scholarship or who are taking a degree course are not eligible for the PM Modi Scholarship program.

Only regular Full-time students can get benefits from the Scholarship: Distance Learning students/part-time students are not eligible for the scholarship.

How Can I Apply for Pm Modi Scholarship?

Firstly, applicants will have to fill a registration form on the official website of the Kendriya Sainik Board Secretariat.

After filling the registration form with the accurate information, applicants will have uploaded their recent passport-sized photo in a JPEG/ JPG/ GIF or PNG format.

Type the correct Captcha code given in the image and submit the registration form by clicking on the “Submit” button.

After submitting, each applicant will get a username and password.

With the username and password, applicants can log into the official website of the PM Modi scholarship and apply it by scanning and uploading copies of the required documents.

To renew the scholarship, applicants have to fill the renewal application form.
