The program awards three persons annually who meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be US undergraduate students with a valid student ID.

Applicants must submit an essay as posted on the Foreclosure.com website.

Graduate students, law students and/or high school seniors are NOT eligible to apply for the award. Freshman entering in the upcoming fall semester are eligible once they have received a student ID number. Applicants must be 13 years of age or older at time of application.

Applicants will have to write a short Essay and fill the application form to apply for the scholarship. ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Scholarship

The scholarship is open to residents in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming. Applicants must be the US graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who possess an active amateur radio license.

To apply for the scholarship, students are required to submit a complete Application form, Unofficial Transcript and Recommendation letter.

A non-renewable $500 is awarded annually to recipients of the scholarship. Recipients will also receive a one-year membership to the ARRL if he/she is not a current member. Deadline for this scholarship is Thursday, December 31, 2020

Sweet and Simple Scholarship

The Sweet and Simple Scholarship is sponsored by Unigo (Education Dynamics). In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be US students who are 14 and older and who are currently enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education. A non-renewable award of $1,500 is awarded to recipients in the form of a check made payable to the accredited post-secondary institution of higher education attended by the scholarship prize recipient.

Utah Occupational Therapy Scholarship

The scholarship offers Two awards annually to students who meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be US college sophomores and/or graduate students who have been residents of Utah for two years or more and who are currently attending a college/university in Utah.

Students must be members of both the Utah Occupational Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association and be pursuing a career in occupational therapy.

Applicants will have to submit an Essay, Application form and recommendation letter to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship is awarded based on financial need.

One scholarship of $350 will be awarded to a student pursuing a master’s degree. One scholarship of $250 will be awarded to a student pursuing an associate’s degree. Both awards are offered annually and are non-renewable. Deadline for this scholarship is Thursday, October 17.

Utah Chapter ASSP Scholarship

The scholarship is sponsored by the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP). Two awards offered annually and to qualify for the scholarship; students must meet the following criteria:

Applicants must be US college juniors and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in occupational safety and health or a closely related field.

Applicants must be residing in Utah or Wyoming and enrolled in a full-time program and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

To apply for the scholarship, applicants are required to submit an essay, Recommendation letter, Application form, Personal statement and Official Transcript.

A non-renewable award of $1,000 is provided to recipients of the scholarship. Deadline for this scholarship is Sunday, December 1.

University of Utah

The University of Utah is a public research university in Salt Lake City, Utah, with over 30,000 students. The university’s campus is well-equipped with Museum of Fine Arts, the Natural History Museum of Utah and the Red Butte Garden and Arboretum, which doubles as a concert venue in summer.
